As a MoonInk® customer, we want your experience to be a pleasant and convenient one and we have therefore provided some information below for you to read and consider before you place an order.
When you complete the Contact Us form on this website we will only use your details to contact you. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose.
Your Rights and Other Terms
Unless faulty, the products sold by MoonInk® are customised and printed to order and therefore items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Care of your product
Please note that the poems are vinyl printed. We recommend covering the text when ironing or ironing the reverse side of the product.
If anything you order from us fails due to defective workmanship or materials, we would be happy to offer a replacement as appropriate in the circumstances.
Please contact us to arrange the return of any faulty items as per the 'Deliveries & Returns' section below.

Deliveries & Returns
We deliver items to the UK and internationally.
Before you commit to buy, we'll let you know the delivery charge for your order. We add the charge to each order you place, even if you place multiple orders in one day and receive your items in the same parcel.
All items are printed to order and we aim to deliver your items to the UK in 7-10 working days and international 10-15 working days via Royal Mail.
All products are bespoke, they are printed to order and you are therefore not able to return an item unless it is faulty.
If an item is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form which will be emailed to you. Complete the form and return the item via Royal Mail. Please note that the cost of return postage remains with you. It is essential that you get a receipt or proof of postage. If you don't have this and your parcel goes missing, we won't be able to refund you.
We describe each item on our website as accurately as we can. However, occasionally product description or pricing errors occur.
If after you have submitted your order we discover such an error or the item ordered becomes unavailable we'll do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity.
You may then choose whether to proceed with your order or to cancel it.
We accept your order and form the contract between you and us only when the goods are despatched to you.
Finally, all our products are subject to availability.
Ways to Pay
All transactions are processed through our secure provider Stripe and are not stored or processed on our servers. You can view their privacy policies at their Privacy Centre here. We use debit or credit card payments through Stripe and PayPal to securely process payments online.
All transactions and credit card information is protected with industry standard security, including encryption and SSL security.
We provide a secure payment portal for online payments, if however you don't want to pay online contact us at email@example.com to arrange an alternative payment method.
From time to time we may offer discounts for products as part of our promotions. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Protecting your interests and our complaints procedure
We aim to get it right first time, but if we make a mistake we'll try to put it right as soon as possible. If you have a question or complaint, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to try and reach a satisfactory outcome.
